Cancellation:
No cancellation after order placement.
We have rights to cancel the order due to certain unavoidable circumstances. In this case amount paid at the time of ordering will be refunded via same payment mode at the time of order placement.
Returns:
Return is applicable only for Replacement purpose and not accepted for any other reasons.
Do not return the product without confirmation email/message from us. In this case we are not responsible for the items sent back and replacement cannot be guaranteed from us.
In case of returns, shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.
Replacement:
Replacement to be requested within 48 hours after delivery of the product.
We inspect all the products carefully before dispatching and packed in safe manner. In spite of that unlikely if any damages occurs replacement method is as below.
Replacement of delivered product is possible only in case of damaged/defective items.
We are not responsible for damages/defects caused by mishandling of the product received.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Opening Video:
Record 3600 video, starting from parcel opening until damage visibility on the product without any pause/cut/hidden part of parcel.

We will evaluate the damage and decision on replacement/refund will be communicated to Customer via email/Whatsapp.
Kindly provide us minimum 24 hours to check the video shared and feedback you.
In case of non-availability of the similar product at the time of replacement, amount paid for the product will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
Shipping Policy:
We accept shipping only inside India.
On order confirmation email from us, dispatch time will be 2-3 days.

Tracking Parcel responsibility is with Customer.
Delivery timeline will be based on Delivery location and working days of the courier partner.
